| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details required in order for us to complete your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until shipped. You may choose whether to transmit your credit card information to us over the Internet, or via phone, post, or fax. Please note that the receipt of confirmation that we have received your order does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence enter into a contract, when we send you an invoice. (The purpose of this clause is to protect ourselves in case of mistakes made in pricing, of having inadvertently under-priced goods, or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the event of a price increase, we will always contact you before despatch to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.) |
| Shipping And Handling Mainland UK All orders totaling £100 and over are supplied carriage-paid. Orders worth less than £100 carry a £7.50 P&P charge, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands Unless your order can be posted, surcharges apply. Please phone or email us for clarification. EU and beyond Please request a quotation. Orders are generally despatched within 1-2 days of receipt and in the UK ship on a 72 hour courier service or by post. Next-day deliveries can be made to most areas at a surcharge. Please contact us for a quote. We can also deliver on a specified weekday, for example a Birthday. Please allow 7 days notice for this service. Whereas the above summarizes our targeted delivery performance, we do reserve the right to take up to 28 days to deliver your order. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders paid for by credit or debit cards are usually despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt, and orders paid by cheque within 24 hours of seeing cleared funds on our bank account. Our policy is to maintain sufficient stocks to allow such prompt delivery, but at certain times this may not be possible, in which case you will be advised by email.
